Multifactor Authentication

 
If Multifactor Authentication has been set up, users must enter a six digit code from their authentication app or use a saved recovery code to complete login. If users have set up SMS validation, this code will be generated and sent by SMS to their mobile telephone number.

Click Use Recovery Code to use a saved Recovery Code to log in, if authenticating with an authenticator app is not possible.

Enter the 6-digit verification code showing in the authenticator app associated with your Lexacom account.
 
 
 
If SMS validation has been set up, this code will be sent by SMS to your linked mobile number instead.

Tick the Remember for 30 days checkbox if you wish to prevent multifactor authentication requests when logging in on this device for 30 days.

Click Login button

Click the Login button to complete login.
