Once MFA has been enabled, the user will be provided with a list of Recovery Keys. Recovery Keys are single-use codes that may be used instead of using the authenticator app, if the device is unavailable when the user wishes to log in. More information about using Recovery Codes may be found here.
Either click the Copy Keys button to copy the keys to clipboard, then paste these into a secure location such as a password manager, or click the Print button to open your browser's Print control widow and print the recovery keys. Ensure that either digital or printed copies of your recovery keys are held securely.
When the Recovery Keys have been copied or printed, the Complete MFA button will become live. Click the Complete MFA button to complete the process. You will be directed to log out and back into Lexacom Portal.
