The Application Bar Media Controls control which media controls appear on the application bar, and how much of the application bar is used to show these.
The Application Bar Media Controls allow the user to see the text, priority, and lookup media of the current job on the application bar. Users may use these media controls to set media on the current job instead of using the Lexacom window.
In particular, users with smaller monitors may wish to reduce the amount of space used to show summary items.
Width of Toolbar Used by Summary Items menu
The Width of Toolbar Used by Summary items menu controls the proportion of the application bar used to display the media summaries.
The Select All button selects all of the available fields.
The Deselect All button deselects all of the available fields. If the user has no fields selected, no space will be reserved for the field summaries (regardless of the width assigned) and other items will resize to fit.
Each media that can appear on the application bar has its own switch that controls whether the item is shown on the application bar. If switched on, the media will appear on the application bar in the media summaries section, and if switched off the item will be hidden.
Some media (e.g. attachments) cannot be shown on the application bar.
If a media is hidden from the application bar it may still be viewed or edited from the application window.
The settings will display the available media for the current workflow (if a job is open). If there is no job open, the Application Bar Media Items cannot be set. Users may select different combinations of media to appear for their different workflows.
