Menu

The menu allows users to switch team, adjust their settings, and log out.

User Details

1. User Details
The user's Name and Email address are shown at the top of the menu.

Theme button

2. Theme button
The Theme button controls whether Lexacom appears in Light or Dark mode.

Current Team

3. Current Team
The current Team is displayed beneath the user's details.

Current Version Number

4. Current Version Number
The current application Version Number is displayed on the menu.

Switch Team

5. Switch Team
The Switch Team menu icon opens the Team Selection window to allow the user to switch to a different team. Changes to the current job must be saved or discarded before switching team.

Settings

Settings opens the Settings Menu.

Transcription

7. Transcription
Transcription opens the Transcription menu, with the ability to submit Transcription Feedback or view the What Can I Say window.

Help

8. Help
Help opens the Help menu, with Account Administration and Get Support links, and the About page.

Logout

9. Logout
Logout logs the user out of the current session of Lexacom. The program will return to the login box to allow another user to log in. Logging out clears Remember Me.

Exit

10. Exit
Exit exits the application. If the user has clicked Remember Me, the application will automatically log in as the user when next started. If the user has not selected Remember Me, the user will need to log in when the application is next started.
