Team owners and users with the Admin role may add team members to pools from the Lexacom pools page.
A user’s Pool determines at which steps of a workflow the user interacts with the job, as set in the Workflows. It is expected that all users in a workflow pool will have the same role, but not all users with the same role will necessarily be in the same workflow pool - for example, there may be several pools for users with the Author role (e.g. according with different types of author), or several pools for users with the Transcriber role (e.g. for groups of users trained to to different typing).
The Active Member column displays whether the user is an active member of a team. If the user has confirmed membership, this will display a green tick. If the user has not confirmed membership, this will display a red cross.
The membership checkbox displays whether the team member is a member of the current pool. If the checkbox is ticked, the team member is a member of the pool. If the checkbox is unticked, the team member is not a member of the pool. Users may click on the checkbox to toggle membership status.
