    Worker Pools

    A team may have any number of Pools according to their needs. Each pool is a group of users that can be assigned to workflow steps. Each pool has a Name, a Description, Locked state, and a Category. The Worker Pools table shows a list of the current pools for the team.

    Name column

    1. Name column
    The Name column displays the name of the Pool.

    Description column

    The Description column displays a description of the pool.

    Is Locked column

    3. Is Locked column
    The Is Locked column displays whether the pool is Locked. The members of a Locked pool cannot be changed.

    Category column

    4. Category column
    The Category column displays the category of the Pool. The category describes the broad function of the pool. The current categories are:
     
    Category
    Function
    Authors
    Pools for users who will be authoring jobs
    Admins
    Pools for users with an administrative (non-typing) function
    NonAuthors
    Pools for users with a non-author (e.g. transcriber) role
    Seniors
    Pools for users with a Senior role
    TranscriptionService
    Pools for Transcription services. Should not be edited.

    The Search Box allows the user to search for a pool.

    Add Pool button

    The Add Pool button allows the user to add a new pool. It is not possible to delete a pool once created.

    The Edit Pool button allows the user to edit an existing pool.
