If a workflow has EchoScribe, Lexacom will automatically transcribe the dictation media.
Transcript
The transcript is displayed in the media control. EchoScribe will transcribe the dictation audio, and apply formatting to this using the Comprehension Engine®
The Edit Transcript button allows the user to edit the transcript, if corrections or amendments need to be made. Click the Edit Transcription button to edit the received transcript. Edit the text in the Transcript field.
Click the Confirm button to save changes to the transcript. Click the Cancel button to discard changes to the transcript.
The Process Transcript button allows the user to resubmit the audio to EchoScribe for transcription. This should not ordinarily be necessary, but is available for users if required.
Whilst EchoScribe processes the transcription, fragments of transcription will appear sequentially in the Transcript field. Once complete, a confirmation banner will appear:
