The Import Audio button allows the user to import audio from a folder on their computer or from a compatible Digital Voice Recorder.
If the user has a compatible Digital Voice Recorder connected, the Import button will show an option for Local Files and the device:
If no such device is connected, the Import button will automatically browse the user's local files.
The appearance of the Import window depends on whether the current user is an Author (the user can create jobs), or is not an author (the user cannot create jobs).
