Lexacom products are registered to organisations or groups that the system calls Teams.
If a user is a member of only one team, the system will use that team whenever they log into any Lexacom application, and they will not be prompted to select a team.
If the user is a member of more than one Team, the Team Selection window allows the user to select the team that they wish to use when logging into the current session. Once logged in, the user is able to switch between their available teams without logging out of the application.
If a user with multiple teams has enabled 'Remember Me', they will be prompted to select a team when the launch the application.
Available Teams
Available teams will show in the list. Active teams with the current product or service enabled will show here.
To select a team, either click on the team name, or use the arrow keys to navigate the list and press Enter to select your preferred team.
If the user cancels team selection, the user will be logged out and the application will return to the login window. The user will need to log in again and complete team selection to proceed.
