The Miscellaneous Settings tab contains other miscellaneous settings for Lexacom including the ability to clear the local caches.
Run on Startup switch
The Run when Windows starts up switch allows the user to set Lexacom to launch automatically on Windows startup. If switched on, the application will launch automatically when the user logs into Windows.
The Clear button clears the user's local caches on this device. This will erase all local data including the user's settings, logs, and data for cached jobs (including jobs that have been created whilst offline and not saved centrally yet). If the application is offline, the user will not be able to log in until the program is able to go online. Clearing the cache is not recommended unless advised to do so by Lexacom technical support.
Clearing the cache will not erase jobs that have been successfully saved to the server.
The cache will be cleared on clicking Clear. The user does not need to click Save to complete this action.
