Team Members

 
The Members tab displays the members of a team, and allows Team owners and users with the Admin role to add and remove team members.
 
Lexacom users have a single account, and may be a member of multiple teams.
 
Team Members

Name column

1. Name column
The Name column displays the Name of the team member.

Email Address column

2. Email Address column
The Email Address column displays the email address of the member's Lexacom account.

Active column

3. Active column
The Active column displays whether the user is an active member of a team. When a user is added to a team, the user must log into Lexacom Portal to confirm membership of a the team. If the user has confirmed membership, this will display a green tick. If the user has not confirmed membership, this will display Pending.

Email Confirmed column

4. Email Confirmed column
The Email Confirmed column displays whether the user has confirmed their email address. When a new user is added to a team, the user follow the link in the automated email that will be sent to confirm their email address and create a password. If the user has confirmed their email address, this will display a green tick. If the user has not confirmed their email address, this will display Pending.

MFA Enabled Column

5. MFA Enabled Column
The MFA Enabled column displays whether the user has enabled multi-factor authentication on their  Lexacom account. . If the user has enabled multi-factor authentication, this will display a green tick. If the user has not enabled multi-factor authentication, this will display Pending.

Last Login column

6. Last Login column
The Last Login column displays the last time and date that the user logged into a Lexacom product.

Add User button

7. Add User button
The Add User button allows the user to add a user to the team.

Remove User button

8. Remove User button
The Remove User button allows the user to remove a user to the team. The the current Team Owner may not be removed from the team.
 
The owner or administrator will be prompted to provide a reason for removing the user from the team. The reason provided will be logged.

Search Box

9. Search Box
The search box allows the user to search the table for users by name or email address.

Resend Invitation Email button

10. Resend Invitation Email button
The Resend Invitation Email button allows the user to resend membership invitation email.
