Video

 
Video media allows the user to add a video, and control their playback and position of this from within the Lexacom window.

1. Add button
Click the Add button to add a video.

Playback Speed

2. Playback Speed
The Playback Speed Control  allows the user to adjust the speed of video playback. The position defaults to the centre (1x speed) but may be adjusted up to increase the speed, or down to decrease the speed. Adjusting the speed (and in particular, decreasing the speed) may affect the clarity of playback.

Current Position

3. Current Position
The current position within the video is shown by the white circular icon, and blue bar to its left-hand side. The current position in the video may be changed by clicking and dragging this marker along the progress bar, or using the ffwd or rewind buttons.

Position and Duration

4. Position and Duration
The current position and duration times will show underneath the video.

Playback Controls

5. Playback Controls
The playback controls allow the user to control the position and playback in the video.
 
Play
Begins playback of the video
Pause
Pauses playback of the video
Rewind
Increases the current position in the video
Fast Forward
Decreases the current position in the video
Jump to Start
Moves the current position in the video to the start
Jump to End
Moves the current position in the video to the end

Zoom Controls

6. Zoom Controls
The zoom controls allow the user to increase or decrease the size of the video.
 
Zoom In
Increases the size of the video
Zoom Out
Decreases the size of the video
