Application Bar (Job mode)

 
When working on a job, the Lexacom application bar can show a summary of the current job's media, recording and playback controls, and buttons to restore the main Lexacom window, import audio, and open the menu.
 
Users may control which elements appear through their Application Layout Settings.

Restore Window button

1.  Restore Window button
The Restore Window button restores the Lexacom window if this has been minimised or closed.

Application Bar Media Controls

2. Application Bar Media Controls
The Application Bar Media Controls show a summary of the current job's media (e.g. Reference, Priority, and other text or lookup fields). The user can edit the media directly from the application bar. The user can control which media controls appear through their Settings.

Import Audio button

The Import Audio button allows the user to import files from a digital voice recorder or other compatible device.

Recording and Playback buttons

4. Recording and Playback buttons
The Recording and Playback buttons control the recording and playback of audio, including the recording mode.

Progress bar

The Progress Bar shows the duration of the audio and the current position within this.

Function buttons

6. Function buttons
The Function buttons allow the user to cancel checkout of the job, save changes to the job (and either lock or unlock the job for editing by other users), and progress or move the job to other workflow steps.

Notification Filters

7. Notification Filters
The job Notification Filters show a count of jobs in the Review grid in each category and allows the user to filter the Review grid list.
 
The first (green) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have not yet exceeded the Warning duration.
The second (yellow) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have exceeded the Warning duration but have not yet exceeded the Deadline.
The third (orange) filter shows a count of jobs in the Review grid that have exceeded the Deadline.
The fourth (red) filter shows a count of jobs that have failed to save successfully.

8. Menu button
The Menu button opens the menu, which allows users to adjust their settings, switch team, log out, and exit the application.
